Just being curious

These sibling pups just wanted a piece of the action and of course the treats as well.

Pet Expo returns to
entertain thousands

Dog agility
This little fellow is showing his audience that he is up with the best in dog agility.
ON the weekend of August 1 and 2 the much loved Pet Expo returned to Christchurch New Zealand to entertain and amuse a crowd of about 12,000. Organiser Fiona Dunkley said, "It was amazing! We received many compliments about the show - everyone just loved it and had a great time".

"We'll do Christchurch for two consecutive years and then give it a miss while we do Hamilton for two years. Possibly we will include Wellington as well, if we can get a suitable venue. Interest has grown during the years between the Pet Expos from both an exhibitor perspective and the public as well. We did a telephone survey after the show and asked all exhibitors how they felt the show went.

Sheltie thinking
Sheltie in a reflective mood.
"We were delighted that 99percent thought it was awesome and that they would attend the show again. As far as the public are concerned - they just love animals. It's not a fad or a fashion, it's human nature."

Fiona said it is hoped that the Pet Expos will in future work closely with the NZ Kennel Club to benefit both organisations.
