Wag’n Tails opens store to
all grooming vehicle owners

ON June 16, 2009, Wag’n Tails opened its online parts website, The Wag’n Tails Store, to all grooming vehicle owners everywhere - including owners of home-built vehicles and those made by other vehicle converters! Since many of the parts available for sale in the Wag’n Tails Store can be used on virtually any grooming van, all owners now have an easy-to-use location to order parts for their grooming vans.

“The site has been undergoing beta testing for several months through our Wag’n Tails Den” said customer care manager Jamie Hahn. The Wag’n Tails Den is a password-protected website available only to Wag’n Tails owners that had included the store in addition to maintenance hints, groomer tips specific to Wag’n Tails owners and business advice articles. The Den will continue with the “owners only” information but the Wag’n Tails Store has been moved out of the password-protected area. “The beta test went very smoothly so we are now rolling it out to anyone needing parts for their mobile grooming vehicle” Hahn added.

Wag’n Tails president, Dennis Gnetz, commented that “since most mobile groomers have to search out sources like RV dealerships and other specialty outlets for parts, we wanted all grooming vehicle owners to have one place they can trust to get them the right parts at a fair price”.Gnetz also said that “the Wag’n Tails Store is on a secure server so groomers can feel safe ordering with a credit card. I want everyone to know that no credit card information is retained after the order is processed. Also, the Wag’n Tails Store shoppers have a variety of shipping options from ground to overnight”.

Hahn added that he is “looking forward to giving non-Wag’n Tails van owners a taste of our famous customer service. For instance, most orders received Monday through Friday ship the same day. That level of service may be something they aren’t used to but it’s common around here”!

The Wag’n Tails Store has plumbing, electrical and other products to choose from. The store is stocked with over 75 different items like water pumps, generators and generator maintenance parts, air conditioners, batteries, dryer hoses, and Wag’n Tails wildly popular three-in-one grooming table. Hahn asks everyone interested to “come by and browse anytime because we will be adding more and more items to the Wag’n Tails Store soon”.
