Media presence offered
to caring canine writers

FREELANCE writers, clubs and organisations, veterinarians and their nurses and assistants, alternative canine therapists, writers of university papers on canine subjects (especially genetics, but not necessarily), and anyone else concerned with canine health and welfare is invited to submit articles for this magazine.

We regret we can not offer payment for articles submitted as the magazine is free to read or download and keep as readers desire, and we do have a good submission rate. However, for freelancers building up their portfolio or for professionals wanting either to increase public awareness of their business or to play their part in helping dogs of the world receive a happier, healthier lifestyle, this magazine is your ideal forum. Because it is free, it is read and retained by a greater number of dog enthusiasts than any other magazine that requires outright purchase or payment to download – better market coverage for all writers and advertisers.

We would be happy to consider a regular column and would compose a header logo for any professionals who are willing to commit to a column every second month – any size from about 250 to 1500 words, photos optional but much appreciated. Our first magazine of 2009 will be uploaded at the end of February. We do give full attribution to any submitted articles published, so be assured that readers will always know who wrote any specific article that they read.

Our aim is to improve the health and welfare of dogs worldwide so if it sometimes seems that we are writing about the same subject too often, it is just because we care about what happens to the dogs of the world. Submissions can be made to: news@k9magazinefree.com
