Changes to the Animal Welfare Act UK are now in force and owners must provide their pets with: A proper diet including fresh water; suitable living quarters whether inside the house or in a warm, weatherproof kennel; provide for their need to be housed with, or apart from, any other animals; allowing them to express their normal behaviour; protection from pain, suffering, injury and disease. The penalty for failure to provide such care could be a fine or a prison sentence. 2. We will produce in December every year an annual magazine featuring the most informative and most interesting articles featured during the year. This will be available directly from the printer for anyone wanting to buy copies.

We are now asking for reader input. Would you as readers like to buy a printed copy of the magazine every issue? Or would you be more likely to purchase one magazine yearly containing the 'best of' articles? Whatever option is most popular, you will still be able to read or download our free online version. Your input is very valuable to us. Please email us and state your preference. We will inform readers of the preferred option as soon as results are available.
