Book Review:

Help your dog's recovery

Therapy for all situationsCanine Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy
By Darryl L. Millis, David Ph.D. Levine, Robert A. Taylor
Publisher: W.B. Saunders Company
(February 3, 2004)

THIS book is a really useful publication that will see you going back to it time and time again. It is a hardcover book of 10.66 x 7.24 inches dimension.

The techniques used fill the gap between what veterinary medicine can provide and advanced human medical programs - the principles of human physical therapy are applied to the evaluation and treatment of animals.

The book includes more than 300 illustrations, each demonstrating the methods and procedures involved in putting the therapy into practice. And although the illustrations are clear and precise the coverage of the techniques by way of explanation leaves nothing to the imagination.

Anyone who consults this book on a regular basis will build up a store of knowledge that will assist with all kinds of canine health problems. It can be purchased from the Amazon website. - EP
