I READ with great interest the article in issue 4 page 4 about Sally Burton with her assistance dog Gemma. I was particularly interested in this as she lives in the UK, like me, whereas most other things I have read about assistance dogs have been from America.
I, myself, am also in the middle of training my own dog to assist me with different tasks. I have come across some difficulties on the way and would really appreciate the wise words and thoughts of someone who has already been through this experience, and so would be delighted to have contact with Sally.
