ENDAL once again represented the Labrador world when he accepted an invitation to appear live on BBC 1's "The Day team at Chatsworth house", on a recent Thursday morning.
The BBC show hosted by John Craven and Nicky Chapman spent the whole week showing behind the scenes and working life at Chatsworth House, going live each morning between 10 -11am. Each day various star guests appeared and it was Endal's turn on Thursday. The programme talked about this being the 100th year that the Labrador has been officially recognised by the Kennel Club.
During their live interview with John Craven, Endal was shown shopping and then operating a cash point machine (he is still recognised as the only dog in the world to be able to put the card into the cashpoint machine and then retrieve the card, money and receipt) something he was not trained to do.

Endal met and made many new friends including John Craven, Nicky Chapman, Bill Maynard (Alias Claude Greengrass of Heartbeat fame), Julia Carling and her own Labrador Biff and the worlds top chef Raymond Blanc (we believe Endal was seen getting some handy hints on how to have his own dinners improved to gourmet standard!).
Allen Parton said it was an incredible day and it is always such a pleasure to meet up with the stars from the popular TV programmes. "Endal has taken me on a most amazing journey since we were partnered some six years ago, I never know from one day to the next where our partnership will take us but I have learnt to believe anything is possible".
